At RPGIS, Drama and Dance nurture creativity, confidence, and self-expression. Drama encourages students to think critically, solve problems, and take responsibility for their learning, while dance helps them stay active and expressive. Exposure to diverse forms - from contemporary to Bharatanatyam - fosters cultural appreciation, imagination, and holistic growth.
Public speaking, also called oration or oratory, is the process of communicating information to a live audience. Our endeavor will be to equip our students with good communication skills and instill confidence in them to overcome the fear of public speaking.
Music helps students with the aspects of life that cannot be quantified. Students need experiences in which there are opportunities for several acceptable interpretations of any given problem. By providing exercises in creative problem-solving through composition, performance, and listening, music can bring a proper balance in a child’s life. Children at RPGIS will get an opportunity to learn various musical instruments such as guitar, keyboard, violin, etc.
Music stimulates the brain, and with its varied sounds and lyrics, students are exposed to a large vocabulary in a short amount of time. Students enrolling for vocal music will be prepared for solo and ensemble performances in a variety of musical genres.
Expression through the arts is valued at RPGIS. Visual Arts include the fields of art, craft and design. Children enrolling for this activity will experience creative visual art works that communicate, challenge, and express their own and others’ ideas.
Mixed Media Art provides a dynamic and versatile platform for students to unleash their creativity and experiment with various artistic techniques and materials. Students can explore and express themselves in diverse ways, from painting and drawing to collage, sculpture, and digital media.
Photography activity encourages students to explore the art of capturing moments through a creative lens. They learn basic camera techniques, composition, and storytelling through images. This activity enhances observation skills and visual expression. It’s a perfect blend of creativity and technical learning
Aero Modelling introduces students to the fascinating world of aviation and flight mechanics. Through hands-on activities, students in Grades 9 and 11 learn the principles of aerodynamics by designing, building, and flying model aircraft. The activity fosters creativity, precision, and problem-solving skills. It also encourages teamwork and inspires interest in STEM-related fields.
Game Designing offers students a creative platform to explore storytelling, coding, and digital art. They learn to design interactive games using beginner-friendly software and logical thinking. The activity enhances problem-solving, collaboration, and computational skills. It also nurtures innovation and interest in technology-driven careers.
